Larry exceeded my expectations above and beyond! He is very skilled and knowledgeable. Excellent communication skills, detail- oriented, proficient and well advanced. Larry was also punctual at the time of inspection. Larry explained everything to me as he was going through the inspection process and addressed all of my concerns and very patient with me. As a first time home owner I felt really confident and comfortable with his inspection. His report were really descriptive and clear with pictures. I would recommend this company to everyone I know and would use this company in the future!
